Products that are manufactured and/or marketed by Nautex are generally available. When is the order placed?

The order is placed when you receive an on-screen message indicating a successful transaction (credit card) or commitment of payment (bank transfer).
Upon placing the order, the client will receive an email notification with a summary of the order.

How can I get a written receipt of my order?

All customers will receive an email with a summary of their order at the email address specified in the order form.
Registered customers can check and print information about their orders anytime by logging into theclient area.

How can I check the total amount of the products I ordered?

You can do this at any time by clicking on the shopping cart at the top right of the page.
The total displayed in your shopping cart does not include shipping costs, which are calculated separately.

What are the delivery times?

Logistics management is entrusted to major carriers. Delivery times, as also reported in the terms of sale, are as follows:

  • Rest of the world: 10-12 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and weight of the goods purchased.

What documents come with the goods?

The goods are always accompanied by an order summary and a courier waybill.
Companies and professionals will receive a copy of the tax invoice in electronic PDF format via e-mail upon receipt of the order.
Private clients can request an invoice when placing an order.

What is the minimum cost to place an order?

There is no minimum amount of expenditure.

What payment methods are available?

Nautex accepts payment through PayPal with credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Postepay), and wire transfer payable directly to Nautex S.r.l.

Payments are safe thanks to SSL protocol, one of the most reliable and secure methods available on the Internet.
All credit card details are protected and encrypted during their processing.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation and all subsequent status updates via e-mail.
Once the order is processed, you can track shipment in real time using the shipping code (provided by Nautex).
Customers can check and print information relating to their orders at any time by logging into the client area.

What should I do if the packaging is opened or damaged upon arrival?

Upon delivery of the goods, the client has the right to open the package in order to verify that he/she has received the correct order, and that there are no damages or anomalies present. In the event that the product is not what was ordered, or has obvious damages, please refuse the delivery and return everything to the courier, who will send the shipment back. In both cases contact us immediately.

What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?

In the event that it is not possible to deliver the goods because the addressee is not present, the courier will leave a paper notice with details regarding the shipment.
The addressee must follow the directions given in the notice and contact Nautex if any kind of assistance is needed.
