Application of the general terms of sale
The general terms of sale described below (defined under “general terms”) govern the contractual relations between the users of the www.nautex.it website and Nautex S.r.l.. (hereinafter referred to as “Nautex”) with registered office in:

These general terms of sale are the only applicable ones, and replace all other terms and conditions, with the exception of express and written preliminary exceptions. Nautex may occasionally need to modify certain provisions of the general terms of sale. We therefore suggest that clients consult these terms during every purchase.
The validation of an order implies the tacit reading and acceptance of the general terms of sale present on the site at the time of purchase.
Nautex reserves the right to refuse any type of clause and/or document attached to a client’s order that is in opposition to and/or unrelated to the general conditions of sale.

How to place an order
The catalogue is arranged according to the different product categories.
You can get to the product list using an internal search engine, and generally by using links to categories or single items present on the site.
Once you have identified the item you wish to purchase, you may add it to the shopping cart and specify the desired quantity.
You can remove or change the quantity of items directly from your shopping cart, and then proceed to fill in the order form by clicking on the checkout button, or continue shopping.
Nautex updates its catalogue frequently, and the items listed are generally available for delivery. If the item ordered is not immediately deliverable, the customer will be contacted right away to coordinate a delivery date.
There is no minimum quantity or purchase amount, except in certain cases where this is specified in the product listing, description form, or otherwise for specific products that are clearly indicated from time to time.
All prices displayed are only valid for online purchases.
Prices include the legally mandated VAT, where due. Customs duties for exports in non-EU countries are not included in the price, and must be paid by the recipient of the goods. These costs will not be paid in advance by Nautex under any circumstances, or included in the costs indicated on the website or any other document of sale.
Order cancellation
Based on the status of your order, it is possible to cancel orders placed online that have not yet been processed.
If you wish to cancel an order that falls within the time specifications indicated above, please contact customer service immediately by sending an email to info@nautex.it, or by calling (+39) 078991762 or (+39) 0652200578 (during office hours).
If payment was made with a credit card, we will request an annulment of the transaction from our bank following cancellation of the order (by the customer or by Nautex), as well as a credit to be issued to the customer for the amount paid.
VAT and currency
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
The prices are indicated in Euros (EUR), British pounds (GBP) or US dollars (USD).
You may view the price in a different currency at any time by clicking on the currency option on the main menu.
Nautex applies the VAT rates provided for by Presidential Decree (D.P.R.) 633/72, with exceptions relative to sales made to EU residents or non-EU residents.
The amount of VAT (if due) will be calculated at the time of purchase.
Tax documentation for companies and professionals
The goods are always accompanied by transportation documentation (DDT).
When the order is placed, Nautex will send a copy of the tax invoice via e-mail in electronic PDF format.
Tax documentation for private customers
The goods are always accompanied by travel documentation (Delivery Note).
Pursuant to Art. 2, par. 1 of D.P.R. 696/96 (waiver of the obligation to issue tax documentation for mail order sales), Nautex will issue an invoice upon customer request.
The request can be made at the time of placing the order. The invoice will be sent to the customer via e-mail in electronic PDF format at the time of the order.
Shipment and delivery
Nautex ships anywhere in the world using SDA and TNT.
Delivery charges are calculated at the time of the order, based on the destination and weight or volumetric weight of the goods purchased. Following the placement of an order, delivery times are as follows:
- Italy: 48-72 working hours
- European union: 6-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-12 business days
These delivery times hold except under exigent, unpredictable or unforeseeable circumstances affecting the transporter, and not attributable to Nautex.
Nevertheless, we always take great care to respect delivery times.
We recommend that you always check the number and condition of packages upon receipt.
In the case of anomalies or damages, you must file an immediate complaint with the courier and report the incident right away via email to info@nautex.it, and/or by calling the numbers (+39) 078991762 or (+39) 0652200578 (during office hours).
Nautex is not responsible for damages that are not reported and verified at the moment of delivery in the presence of the transporter. Phrases such as “subject to inspection” and/or “subject to verification” have no legal value to shippers and/or insurance companies.
If an order includes products that are not readily available, the client will be notified so that he/she can decide whether or not to change or cancel the order.

Payment method
Except for special written agreement between the customer and Nautex,, available payment methods are as follows:
PayPal
Nautex accepts payments via PayPal using major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express) and prepaid cards (ex. PAYPAL Prepaid card, PostePay) etc., if permitted by PayPal protocol.
Permitted cards may vary depending on the country and the cardholder.

Warranty
All items sold by Nautex are covered by a 24-month warranty for flaws or defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2002.
Nautex guarantees that the products delivered are identical to those featured on this site.
The essential characteristics of the products are detailed inside each item description on our website.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale may not exactly match those shown on the site as a result of the browser or monitor used.
Warranty and assistance
Assistance with, repairs to, or replacement of defective products will be handled directly by Nautex, who will deal explicitly with any defects or post-sale assistance.
If the customer wishes to request a repair or replacement of any kind for products ordered, he/she must submit a written request by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The registered letter can be sent in advance via e-mail to the following address: info@nautex.it. If the client has a PEC account (certified e-mail), the email may be sent to nautexsrl@legalmail.it.
The case, however, will be opened on the date of receipt of the registered letter with return receipt, or from the date of receipt of the e-mail received via PEC.
Upon receipt of the communication, Nautex will authorize shipment of the product to one of its offices or an authorized workshop. Packages or items that have not been previously authorized by Nautex will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the product, we will proceed with any repairs and/or substitution, except in the case that unauthorized tampering with the product has been noted, or that the damage is due to problems not attributable to Nautex.
In any case, Nautex will maintain constant and continuous contact with the client, in order to update him/her on every procedural development. Products under warranty will be repaired or completely replaced by Nautex at no additional cost to the customer, except as indicated above in relation to damages not attributable to Nautex. Shipping costs remain at the customer’s expense.
Note: Nautex maintains a strict protocol of control during the phases of production and packaging of its products.
For retailers or those who purchase with the intent to resell to third parties, the duration of the warranty is 12 months.
Cancellation policy
All purchases made are subject to the rules laid forth in Legislative Decree 21/2014 concerning the right of withdrawal. This concerns the right of the customer to return a purchased good from a seller, and subsequently request reimbursement for the price paid.
The right of withdrawal is only recognized for individual persons (consumers), and therefore excludes retailers or subjects that purchase for resale to third parties.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, the customer may avail himself/herself of the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract by sending a written communication within 14 days by means of registered letter with return receipt to: Nautex S.r.l., Viale Città d’Europa, 74, 00144 Rome, or via PEC (certified e-mail) to nautexsrl@legalmail.it, in which he/she must explicitly express the desire to withdraw from the contract, referencing the order and contract details.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer must return the goods at his/her own expense. The goods must be unused and reinserted in their original packaging, packed in such a way as to protect them from damage during transport.
In any case, Nautex reserves the right to confirm a withdrawal request only after having received the merchandize and verified that the product is indeed the same one that left its warehouse and was sent to the customer. Once it has been verified that the product is the same as the one that was originally sent out, and that it is intact, Nautex will reimburse the customer for the amount paid within 30 days.
Customs duties and shipping costs for redelivery of the goods will be at the expense of the customer.
The shipment of the returned goods must be carried out within a maximum of three business days from the closing date (10 business days) of the right of withdrawal, to the following address:
